At HighHeels, we want you to love every step you take; if your new pair isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with the protective film on the soles intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Heels
Place the shoes back in their original designer box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
